Recommended System:

  • Alpha Axis (Rounds) - Recommended PSI 35 - 40
    • Use regular Metal Beveler, then
    • Go to #400 grit 5" Snail Lock, then
    • Go to #800 grit 5" Snail Lock Flat Face, then
  • Edges - Recommended PSI 55 - 70
    • Go to #100 grit 5" Snail Lock, then
    • Go to #200 grit 5" Snail Lock, then
    • Go to #400 grit 5" Snail Lock, then
    • Go to #800 grit 5" Snail Lock, then
    • Finish with a #1000 grit 5" Donkey Pad
